  1. Lodged with 41WG
  2. Radar sited on north side of island opposite Sia Island
  3. Two beacons were installed and operated alternately for 12 hours each
  4. CW, Modulated, Noise jamming and Window all tested on unit
  5. Glow sighted at 1915 hrs and FS alerted. A tanker and a freighter had collided - Crash boat able to save 12 men.
  6. All equipment was loaded on a goods train, personnel departed seperately from Central Station
