Notes:
- Unit departed Hayles Wharf on MV Miramar for Amity (Stradbroke Island). Here they used a local truck to cross the island. The truck was owned and operated by the owner of the Point Lookout Guesthouse. Personnel were billeted in the guesthouse.
- Radar equipment located near the lighthouse. No precise record of when the radar commenced operation.
- Rufus King was Liberty Ship on its way to Brisbane and it attempted to cross between Moreton and Stradroke Islands - a passge bloked by sandbars.
- Equipment handed over to 6th Reporting Platoon, 1st Signal Reporting Company, 565th SAW Bn
